La ubicación es excelente. Se encuentra a metros del puerto de cruceros y nada de la zona comercia y turística de la vieja Habana. El personal amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

En ningún caso las instalaciones de este hotel son de uno 5 estrellas. Si bien el hotel es bonito y está muy bien ubicado, el servicio es pésimo, el personal no está capacitado para atender turistas. La limpieza regular y el servicio de desayuno muy lento y, en algunas ocasiones, simplemente se olvidan de lo que pediste. No lo recomiendo
